If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital courses and self-study programs. To request a refund, contact us at support@momentumbusiness.academy within 30 days of your purchase date with your name and proof of purchase.

Coaching Programs

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, refund eligibility for coaching programs is outlined in the enrollment agreement provided at the time of purchase. If you have questions about the refund terms for a specific coaching program, please contact support@momentumbusiness.academy before enrolling.

Order Bumps and Add-On Products

Digital add-on products (such as journals, workbooks, and calculators) purchased alongside a course are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase under the same terms as digital courses.

Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan and wish to request a refund, the 30-day guarantee applies from your original purchase date, not from individual payment dates. If a refund is approved, any payments made will be refunded. Outstanding payment plan obligations are cancelled upon approval of a refund within the guarantee period.

If you are beyond the 30-day guarantee period, you remain responsible for all remaining payments on your payment plan. Access to program content continues as long as payments are current.

Your full name, The email address associated with your account, The product or program you are requesting a refund for, Your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
