Momentum Business Academy, LLC Effective September 13, 2026

Section 1: Mission Statement
Momentum Business Academy is committed to providing high-quality digital education and coaching programs that empower entrepreneurs and coaches to build profitable, sustainable businesses. We are dedicated to delivering transformative content, fostering a supportive learning environment, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity in everything we do.

Section 2: Introduction
2.1 Purpose
These Policies and Procedures govern the relationship between Momentum Business Academy, LLC ("Momentum Business Academy," "Company," "we," or "us") and all customers, members, and coaching clients ("Members," "you," or "your") who purchase products, enroll in programs, or access the members area at momentumbusiness.academy.

2.2 Incorporation into Agreement
These Policies and Procedures, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy published on the Site, form the complete agreement between you and Momentum Business Academy. By purchasing any product or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Policies and Procedures.

2.3 Changes to Policies
Momentum Business Academy reserves the right to amend these Policies and Procedures at its discretion. Updates will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or participation in any program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

2.4 Severability
If any provision of these Policies and Procedures is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 3: Products and Programs

3.1 Digital Courses
Momentum Business Academy offers self-study digital courses that include video training modules, downloadable resources, workbooks, and supplementary materials. Upon purchase, Members receive access to the course content through the members area. Course content is delivered digitally and is accessible as long as the Member's account remains in good standing.

3.2 Coaching Programs
Momentum Business Academy offers coaching programs at various levels, which may include one-on-one coaching, group coaching sessions, strategy calls, and supporting resources. Enrollment in coaching programs may require an application and approval. Coaching program details, including duration, deliverables, and expectations, are outlined at the time of enrollment.

3.3 Free Trainings and Webinars
Momentum Business Academy offers free video trainings and webinars as educational content for entrepreneurs and coaches. These free resources may include promotional offers for paid products and programs. There is no obligation to purchase.

Section 4: Membership and Account Access

4.1 Account Creation
Upon purchasing a product or enrolling in a program, you will be provided with login credentials to access the members area at momentumbusiness.academy. Your account is for your personal use only.

4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Momentum Business Academy immediately at support@momentumbusiness.academy if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Single-User License
All purchases grant a single-user license. You may not share your login credentials, course materials, downloads, or any other content with any third party. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

4.4 Account Termination
Momentum Business Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Policies and Procedures, the Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law. Upon termination, access to all purchased content and the members area will be revoked.

Section 5: Payment and Pricing

5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.

5.2 Payment Methods
Payments are processed through our secure checkout system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and Momentum Business Academy does not store your payment card information.

5.3 Payment Plans
Select programs may offer payment plan options. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the terms presented at checkout. Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in suspension of access to program content until payments are brought current.

5.4 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, Momentum Business Academy will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access to the associated program may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
All course content, training materials, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and other materials provided by Momentum Business Academy are the intellectual property of Momentum Business Academy, LLC and/or its content creators. All rights are reserved.

6.2 Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for your own personal and professional development. You may implement the strategies, frameworks, and techniques taught in the programs in your own business.

6.3 Prohibited Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any course content, except as follows:

You may print or download one copy of course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may take notes and create personal summaries for your own reference.

You may not sell, license, lease, or otherwise make available any course content to any third party. You may not use any course content to create competing products, courses, or training programs. You may not record, screenshot, or capture coaching calls, group sessions, or any live event content unless expressly permitted.

Section 7: Conduct and Community Standards

7.1 Professional Conduct
All Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions related to Momentum Business Academy programs, including but not limited to coaching calls, group sessions, community forums, and any communication with staff or other Members.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account:

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward any Member, staff member, or contractor.
Sharing confidential information discussed in coaching sessions or group forums.
Spamming, soliciting, or promoting unrelated products or services within Momentum Business Academy communities or forums.
Misrepresenting your affiliation with or endorsement by Momentum Business Academy.
Using Momentum Business Academy's name, logo, or branding without written permission.
Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.

7.3 Testimonials and Results
If you share your results or experience with Momentum Business Academy publicly, you agree to do so honestly and accurately. You may not attribute results to Momentum Business Academy programs that were not achieved through your participation in those programs.

Section 8: Confidentiality

8.1 Confidential Information
Certain content shared during coaching sessions, group calls, and within members-only communities is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any confidential information shared by other Members, coaching clients, or Momentum Business Academy staff without express written consent.

8.2 Privacy of Other Members
You agree to respect the privacy of other Members. Personal information, business details, and strategies shared by other Members in coaching or group settings may not be shared outside of those settings.

Section 9: Communication

9.1 Email Communication
By purchasing a product or enrolling in a program, you consent to receive email communications from Momentum Business Academy related to your purchase, including product delivery, account information, and program updates. You may also receive marketing communications, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Section 10: Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact Momentum Business Academy at support@momentumbusiness.academy and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern.

10.2 Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted under its rules. The arbitration proceeding shall be held in St. Joseph County, Indiana. The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator and shall not be conducted on a class-wide, class-action, or multiple-complaining party basis. The prevailing party shall recover its attorneys' fees and costs from the losing party.

10.3 Governing Law
These Policies and Procedures shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Section 11: Income Disclaimer
Momentum Business Academy makes no guarantees regarding income or results from the use of our products, programs, or coaching services. Any income or results referenced in our materials, testimonials, or training content are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of your own results.

Your success depends on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, dedication, work ethic, market conditions, and business decisions. All business involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

Section 12: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum Business Academy, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products, programs, or services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
