Meet Our Founders
Ilean and Matthew Harris' own life and career journey has made them personally familiar with the shortfalls of the traditional educational system. After accumulating hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loan debt, only to find their careers and jobs collapse within months of graduation they turned to entrepreneurship.
From the doorstep of homelessness to multi-million dollar success this power couple knows firsthand the power of access to wealth building information.
"Our formal education had very little to do with our financial success. When all the odds were against us we really had to hustle, but our secret to turning things around was getting access to the people who had the results in business that we were looking for. We became students of success, and our results changed our lives forever."
Our founders own career journey has made them particularly aware of the shortfalls of the traditional schooling system.
Today, they are passionate about teaching and empowering others with the tools, knowledge, and principles to creating lasting financial freedom in this new and exciting, digital age.

Ilean Harris
Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder
The daughter of Cuban immigrants to the United States, Ilean was the first person in her family to attend and graduate from college. After completing her undergraduate studies she went onto complete her Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Ilean's passion and drive for empowering entrepreneurs around the world led her to being featured in dozens of global publications as well as being inducted into the prestigious Forbes Coaches Council.
Her track record of building successful global businesses and training entrepreneurs all around the world have made her an icon in the personal development and entrepreneurship community.
A native Spanish speaker, Ilean brings her tremendous global business experience and track record of success to Momentum Business Academy.
Matthew Harris
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
At the age of 18, after spending most of his life growing up in Butterworth, Eastern Cape, South Africa, Matthew moved with his family to the United States.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an International Emphasis from Andrews University, graduating near the top of his class. Upon completing his undergraduate studies Matthew moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he established a successful lifestyle management company, serving a clientele base of professional athletes and high net worth celebrities.
Noting the increasing demand for high quality nutritional & wellness supplements, Matthew transitioned his business focus to e-commerce and internet marketing, developing unique and cutting edge sales strategies that allowed his businesses to generate 10s of millions of dollars in revenue.
